We are a China-based sourcing company, not a factory. That means we compare audited partner factories, negotiate for you and put our name on the quality — with mixed-model containers, transparent certifications and third-party inspection welcome on every order.
We are a sourcing company in Tianjin. Here is exactly what that means for your order — no pretending, no hidden middleman.
We are a trading and sourcing company, not a factory — and we would rather tell you that up front. We work with audited partner factories in Tianjin and Hebei. You get the factory price without the factory minimum order quantity, and you are welcome to inspect the production line or send your own QC inspector before you pay the balance.
Your logo, your packaging, your spec sheet. We handle mould development, artwork, sample approval and production follow-up with the factory on your behalf, then ship one consolidated container to your door.
We quote on EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP, arrange export documentation, and pack to European or South American standards. Certifications are issued in the factory's name — we always send you the certificate number so you can verify it with the issuing body.
One English-speaking contact handles your enquiry, samples, production follow-up, inspection booking and shipping documents. Replies within 24 hours, in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
The questions every serious buyer asks a Chinese supplier — answered before you have to chase us for them.
No. RUIHAI is a sourcing and export company based in Tianjin. We do not manufacture. We work with audited partner factories and we are happy to introduce you to them directly so you can verify us and them.
The factories do — CE, EN 131, ANSI and ISO 9001 are product and management certificates issued in the manufacturer's name. We send the certificate number and test report before payment so you can check it with the issuing body yourself.
We pay for SGS, BV or TUV pre-shipment inspection on your order, and we follow your own inspection company if you prefer. If goods fail an agreed inspection, we replace them or refund you. Balance payment is only due against a copy bill of lading after inspection passes.
There is no rigid MOQ. You can mix different models in one 20ft container, which is how most first orders are done. We quote per model, not per container, so a smaller trial order is fine.
Yes. We quote FOB Tianjin, or CIF / DAP / DDP to your door in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia or Latin America. Tell us the destination port and we will price both sea and air options within one business day.
Verify us: our business licence number is available on request, we have a registered company address in Tianjin, and a live video call with our office and the factory is welcome at any stage. If anything we tell you does not check out, do not pay us.
