Our job is to find you the right factory for your specification, hold that factory to the quality you agreed, and deliver one consolidated shipment to your door.
It is a reasonable question, so here is the honest answer. A factory will usually only sell you what its machines are set up to make, will only accept its own minimum order quantity, and will rarely be interested in a product outside its main line. As a sourcing company we can compare several factories for the same specification, mix different models in one container, order the quantity that suits your market rather than the factory's production run, and consolidate everything into a single shipment. For a European or Latin American wholesaler buying several categories, that flexibility is usually worth more than a slightly lower per-unit price from a single factory.
We work with audited partner factories in Tianjin and Hebei producing aluminium ladders, steel and fiberglass ladders, mobile work platforms, caulking guns, ceramic tiles and SPC wall panels. Before we put a factory on your order we check its equipment, its process control, its testing capability and its certification history — and we keep checking, because a factory that used to be good can stop being good.
Every factory we work with holds current product certification for the markets it serves: CE and EN 131 for Europe, ANSI A14.2 for North American-standard buyers, AS/NZS 1892 for Australia and New Zealand, and ISO 9001 for quality management. We will send you the certificate number and test report before you pay, so you can verify it directly with the issuing body rather than taking our word for it.
We would rather you checked than trusted us on sight. Our company registration number and registered address in Tianjin are available on request. We welcome a live video call with our office, and we will take you on a video walkthrough of the production line that is making your order at any stage — before the deposit, during production, or before the balance payment. If any part of what we tell you does not check out, we do not want your order.
